Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs 1/4 cup sugar 1/3 cup melted margarine or butter 8 oz package cream cheese, room temperature 1/4 cup sugar 2 tbsp milk 1-8 oz container Cool Whip, thawed 2-4 serving size packages jello pudding
Procedure: Combine graham cracker crumbs,1/4 cup sugar and melted butter. press into a 13 x 9" pan. Beat cream cheese with sugar and 2 tbsp milk until smooth. Fold in half the Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Using cold milk prepare pudding as directed on package. Pour over cream cheese layer. Chill several hours or overnight. Spread remaining Cool Whip over pudding. Garnish as desired. |
