Ingredients:

1 cup sugar
1 cup margarine
2 eggs
4 tbsp shredded coconut
vanilla
3 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (40 crackers or
1-40 oz pkg)
1 cup mini coloured marshmallows
1 cup walnuts

Procedure:

Cook sugar, margarine, eggs, coconut and vanilla in double boiler until becomes thick. (about 20-25 minutes). Cool

Add graham cracker crumbs, marshmallows and walnuts.

Put mixture in a 9 X 12" pan.

Spread icing over top nade of:
3 tbsp margarine
1 tsp coffee disolved in hot water
1 tsp vanilla
Add icing sugar.

Refridgerate.
