Ingredients: 1/2 cup butter 1/4 cup sugar 1 egg yolk, well beaten 2 tsp lemon juice 1 cup flour Procedure: Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolk and lemon juice and beat well. Add 1 cup flour. Form into 1" balls. roll balls in corn flake crumbs, graham cracker crumbs or crushed nuts. Dent cookies in middle Bake 5 minutes at 350°F. Redent. Finish cooking, until golden. Fill with jelly or jam while hot. |
